VideoMAX works with wired and wireless LAN, networks as well as Internet.
You have to visit our office for more features like 3D Titling, Recorder, Multi output and other features.
Demo with Internet:
Install the player. After installation is complete, run the player. You will see the following screen.
It will say no Sling Player found. Click add. On clicking Add, you will see the following screen.
Enter the following details in the ID box : A17C566B-F809-83478EE1-E2AC-E1BEA87C
After that if it asks for a password, give the password: 1907 (It may ask for the password twice. Give the same password: 1907)
Click ok and wait for sometime to find and connect to the Sling Box in our office. Please note: you should have a well connected internet connection, otherwise it will not be able to find the Sling Box.
On finding the Sling Box, it will give a success message. Press OK. Follow the instructions.
After the tuning wizard is complete, it should start playing. In case of error, please disable firewall and antivirus software in you computer.

VideoMAX works on LAN, WAN as well as Internet, any of your choice !!
Our VideoMAX Boxes are ON on any working day, Monday to Saturday, office hours between 1.00 pm to 6 pm. Hence try to connect to LIVE Videos sources through VideoMAX LIVE Streamer Boxes, during this period.
Also note: Sometimes it may happen that, even trying to connect during office hours, you may not be able to connect or may get a error message like "Busy VideoMAX Box". It is possible that other clients have already connected our boxes and they VideoMAX Boxes maybe busy. In that case, please call us, we will try to give you ID and password or other VideoMAX Box which is Idle or Free.
Also Note
Diffferent ISP providers provide different Upload and Download Speeds.
For average quality a 512 kbps upload bandwith will be fine.
However for VCD quality, upload bandwith speed must be atleast 1 MBps, and
for DVD quality the upload bandwith must be 2 MBps and above.

Usually upload bandwith is just 5% to 10% of download speed.
e.g. A Internet account with 2MBps speed will give just 100kbps to 200 kbps speeds.
To solve this, either get a account with higher bandwith speeds or best
get a leased line, which has become very cheap, through BSNL or MTNL lines.
