Company Warranty  : What is Company Warranty ? Company Warranty means we are NOT bound with the warranty of the product purchased from us. Customers purchasing products should understand that we will NOT be able to service/repair/replace the defective product. We are only Resellers. They will have to approach the manufacturer for service/repairs/replacement.

In case the product is sent for repairs, the client has to bear with us till the product is returned duly repaired.
In NO circumstances, will money be refunded.
We will NOT be responsible in case of delay from the manufacturer of the product, for repair period.

We only provide Setup and Installation Services, and for service/repairs/replacements the customer has to deal directly with the manufacturer.

We at Ashok Electronics are solutions providers for all types of Video Streaming and Multimedia Creations, Editing and Presentations.
Our solutions have many components which may be indigenous or may have to imported.
We provide service warranty ONLY for one month, which means Installation and Setup only. Clients are requested to clarify the terms of service warranty with us, before purchasing any solution from us.
However it depends from company to company, for their warranty period. Usually for International clients the companies warranty is 6 months. The client has to get the service from the manufacturer directly.
We DO NOT provide ANY warranty on companies side.
We will try our level best to provide the best of services to our clients.
Finally, a client should clarify all the details of service warranty before purchasing.
Note: We do not Save login details, usernames/passwords. Client has to Save.


(Note: Telephonic and WhatsApp support will be provided during office hours 10 AM to 6 PM and on working days. We are not bound to provide ANY type of support outside this timings/days)
No Online Support like TeamViewer, or other Online Softwares, as our products are external to PC and cannot be supported by these softwares.

Important:  1.All products, specially those hardwares/softwares, getting service from the respective manufacturers servers situated around the globe are bound with their respective hardwares/softwares manufacturers. We at Ashok Electronics, are solution providers only, doing setup/installations, have no connection or any informations about the location or working of their servers. Hence if there is any break in the services of their servers, we should not held responsible because it is beyound our control.
2. Most of the Internet related products, hardwares/softwares, working through Internet, require a feature, called Port Forwarding, to be activated by Clients in their routers. However some ISP's block Ports, mostly by giving Private IP's. The only solution is either get the Port Opened by the ISP or change the ISP
3. For any Internet related product the minimum upload speed required for a Basic product is Steady 1 MBps Upload Speed, depending upon the product. Higher the upload speed better and smoother the picture quality. Depending on the catagory of the product, will demand higher upload speeds.
4. Online support by WhatsApp is on any working day from 9am to 7pm, subject to queue and availability of programmers

Shipment: We are not responsible, if the goods are damaged/lost in shipment,  We are not resposible if there is any interrruptions or dicontinuation of their Server Services.

Standalone HD Recorders
Since we have a wide range of Products and they are constantly updated from time to time,
We request our Clients to contact us, if any installation Problem, for which version Windows is supported.
Minimum System requirements for any Operation is i3 with 4 GB RAM and Above.
Our systems are tested for Intel Chipsets and cannot gaurantee for other brands.
Please Note : All products carry our Name/Logo, as well as Our Splash screen in Firmwares. Removing them or altering is NOT ALLOWED and voids Warranty.
Please Note : All our Internet Products Stream through Internet, hence require a STEADY Internet Upload Speeds of 1 MBps or above.
Any Buffering, if caused can be because of UNSTABLE Internet Upload Speeds, for which we cannot help, from Mumbai
You have to Solve the  UNSTABLE Internet Upload Speeds problem, from your ISP, at your location.
